Leasing Consultant – Wilmington, NC 28403
Pay: $17/hr | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM + 1 Weekend/Month
Start Date: ASAP | Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity
BG Staffing is seeking a professional, reliable Leasing Consultant to support an apartment community in Wilmington, NC (28403) . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced leasing environment, and brings strong customer service and sales skills.
Responsibilities- Greet prospects, provide tours, and highlight community features
- Process applications, renewals, and move‑ins
- Respond to inquiries, answer phones, and maintain strong communication
- Assist with marketing efforts and resident engagement
- Support daily office operations and deliver excellent customer service
- Work one weekend per month as part of the rotation
- Leasing experience preferred
- Familiarity with Entrata software is preferred
- Polished, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable working in a resident‑facing, fast‑paced environment
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
