What You’ll Be Doing: Installing tile, LVP, hardwood, or other flooring materials in residential and commercial settings. Preparing surfaces including leveling, cleaning, and layout planning. Reading and executing project specifications to ensure high-quality results. Managing your workflow to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment on every job site. What You Bring: Proven experience installing tile, flooring, or similar materials. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and manage job timelines. Reliable transportation and necessary tools for installation work.
