Job Description:Job SummaryUnder guidance of the District Manager (DM), provides leadership and direction to Store Management in accomplishing Regional plans and District objectives in sales, profitability, customer service and merchandise presentation. Motivates and develops all associates in assigned stores to exceed customer expectations and recognizes achievements through personal interaction.
