Forklift and Warehouse

Do you enjoy forklift work, staying active, and working around warehouse and yard operations? We are hiring a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate for a hands-on role focused on loading, unloading, staging, and moving appliances and materials throughout the warehouse, dock, and yard.

In this role, you will operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, move large appliances, stage products for delivery or storage, assist with hand-loading when needed, and help keep the warehouse and yard organized. Candidates should be comfortable working with refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and similar products. This role may require lifting, team lifts, outdoor yard work, checking products for damage, and following daily shipping or receiving instructions.

Forklift experience is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with loading and unloading responsibilities.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage appliances and warehouse materials
• Load and unload trucks, containers, trailers, and delivery vehicles
• Safely handle large appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and similar products
• Move products throughout the warehouse, yard, dock, and staging areas
• Assist with hand-loading, unloading, lifting, and team lifts when forklift use is not available
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues to supervisors
• Organize inventory by product type, location, order, or shipment
• Prepare items for delivery, pickup, storage, or outbound shipping
• Keep warehouse, yard, and dock areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all forklift safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures
• Work outdoors in yard areas as needed based on daily workflow
• Assist with general warehouse duties when loading/unloading work is complete

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
