Primary Care Physician

Job Description We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages in an outpatient community health setting. This physician will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Job Details Experience: Entry Level Salary: $200,000 - $245,000 per year Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and patient education Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic testing Coordinate referrals and specialty care services as needed Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical team members Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome programs Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Participate in after-hours call coverage as required Precept medical students, residents, and advanced practice students as appropriate Support organizational initiatives focused on improving community health outcomes What We're Looking For MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Missouri Medical License or ability to obtain licensure DEA registration and ability to obtain Missouri controlled substance registration Strong commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for serving diverse and underserved patient populations Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a Community Health Center or FQHC setting Experience caring for medically underserved populations Bilingual skills are a plus Interest in teaching, mentoring, and community outreach activities About Us We are a community-focused health center dedicated to delivering high-quality, comprehensive primary care to individuals and families throughout the St. Louis region.
