Travel RN - Telemetry - Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN specializing in Telemetry to provide exceptional care to patients in our Neuro Trauma unit. The ideal candidate must possess strong telemetry skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
Document all patient interactions and updates in the EMR system.
Support patients and families through education and communication.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must have current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital telemetry experience.
Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice.
