You will be developing future interfaces and immersive experiences, supporting the EagleEye program. The ideal candidate is not only a strong visual communicator, but also has outstanding knowledge of the user journey. If you are passionate about bringing user experiences to life, then this role is for you.What You'll DoConceptualize, develop, and execute user experiences across mixed reality and webVisual development using sketches and digital compsDeliver high and low fidelity prototypesCollaborate with product teams and multidisciplinary design teamConduct user testing with military and active-duty warfighters to validate designsDesign user flows and wireframesContribute to the development of Anduril's mixed reality interface design identityParticipate and share work in design reviews with senior leadership and external partnersRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years professional experience in UI/UX design, HCIA portfolio demonstrating interface designs for software platforms, games, or relevantStrong visual designer and communicatorExperience in AR/VR/XR interfacesExperience designing heads-up displays (HUD) is a plusUnderstanding of human factors and accessibilityBasic knowledge of front-end developmentExpertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or equivalentMust work on-site at HQMust be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilitiesUS Salary Range$166,000 - $220,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
