We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service.
In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. If this sounds like you, apply today!

Compensation: $15/hour + commission opportunities
$12 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:What you’ll do:
Manage and coordinate client appointments
Communicate with clients and agents
Maintain accurate client records and activity using the team's CRM
Support daily office operations and follow-up tasks
What you bring (must-haves):
- Organized, detail-oriented, team player
- Licensed agents (or pursuing a real estate license) welcome; transaction experience preferred
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with CRMs, MLS, and transaction management platforms
What success looks like at 6 months:
- Smooth closings, reduced errors/delays, positive agent feedback
- Consistent appointment quotas met, conversion rates improving, and predictable income
