Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Weekends Only

The Mary T. Family of Companies is now hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals in a variety of cities for weekend-only positions. We have opportunities available in Annapolis, Bowie, Glen Burnie, Millersville, and Pasadena, MD.


Direct Support Professionals serve individuals with disabilities in a residential group home setting by assisting with personal cares (bathing, toileting, grooming, hygiene, etc.), providing transportation and support for community outings and activities, administering medications, housekeeping and cleaning duties, and meal preparation. Schedule : Part-time hours available for Saturdays and Sundays (8-12 hour shifts). Day and Evening shifts available!


Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• The ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check
• A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
