Astronics AES in Redmond, WA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. You will lead and facilitate Kaizens, Lean initiatives, change management, and strategic planning to drive waste reduction and process excellence. The role partners with the CI Manager and leadership to design courses, deliver training, and apply Hoshin Kanri concepts.
