We provide homes and businesses with quality craftsmanship for all repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects – both large and small – inside and outside. We are currently seeking highly motivated, widely experienced, professional craftsmen with skills in multiple trades and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Provide quality craftsmanship for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects. Travel to job sites throughout Miami‑Dade and Monroe Counties using your own truck or van. Communicate with clients, fellow employees, management, and office personnel in a positive manner. Document work, handle invoicing, and maintain accurate records. Perform tasks in carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing, and electrical as needed. Qualifications Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and demeanor. Prior experience as a Carpenter/Craftsman with estimation skills (preferred). Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work. Own a standard set of tools to perform the trades. Own reliable and clean truck or van. Current and valid driver’s license. Residence within 30 minutes of AHS Miami Kendall office. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
