Tax Preparer/EA

Job Title
Develop and prepare client tax returns accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare tax estimates and identify opportunities for tax savings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with financial advisors and tax team members to provide comprehensive tax planning services
Work with financial and legal partners to deliver holistic tax solutions
Maintain a consistent and efficient tax return preparation process
Provide a high level of client service and support
Assist clients with complex tax situations and planning needs
EA (Enrolled Agent) certification required
Experience preparing individual tax returns
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with CRM platforms and scheduling tools such as Outlook and Calendly preferred
Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment
Ability to travel occasionally to satellite office locations
