Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Job Description As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! You provide an amazing shopping experience and represent our company values. Your Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, helping them find what they need. You educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and suggest appropriate items. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. You work flexibly across salesfloor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns, maintaining company policy. You assist your team and uphold teamwork. You act with integrity, adhering to all AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role You love interacting with people. You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (even evenings, weekends, holidays). You love AE and Aerie products. Experience in retail. You are at least 16 years of age.
