Schedule: 4-day workweek | Phone-only call

• $800,000 income guarantee for 2 years
• $600,000 ongoing income floor after the guarantee period
• $150,000 commencement bonus
• $15,000 relocation allowance
• Up to 31 days off annually during the guaranteed salary period
• Phone-only call — no in-person call requirements
• Non-profit organization eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Serve an 8-county region with approximately 280,000 residents

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered Hematology/Oncology care in a collaborative environment.
• Work alongside Radiation Oncology, infusion staff, pharmacists, and other specialists .
• Practice at a CoC and NAPBC-accredited cancer center .
• Participate in weekly tumor boards and cooperative clinical trials.
• Private infusion suites supported by chemotherapy-certified nurses .
• Hospitalist team handles admissions , allowing you to focus on oncology care.

Income Guarantee: $800K for 2 years
Ongoing Income Floor: $600K
Commencement Bonus: $150K
Relocation: $15K
CME: $5,000/year
Malpractice: Employer-paid, including tail coverage
Insurance: Health, dental & vision
Retirement: 403(b) with match + 457(b)

• MD or DO with BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology - Required
• Current and unrestricted state and federal prescribing authority - Required
• DEA - Required
• Clean malpractice and background - Required
• Recent NPDB Self-Query within 30 days - Required at presentation
• Eligible to work in the U.S. - Required
