Assistant Manager – Commercial Cleaning (Part-Time, Evenings) Location: Troy, MI & Surrounding Areas (Rochester, Pontiac, Utica) Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM Hours: 3–6 hours per night, 15 hours/week guaranteed Pay: $17–$19 per hour | Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit Step Into a Leadership Role—Without Leaving the Field Are you ready to grow into a leadership position while staying active on the job? This is a hands‑on role—you’ll work alongside your team, help train employees, and ensure every building meets our high standards. Train and support team members to maintain quality standards. Conduct inspections and resolve issues quickly. Communicate with management to keep operations running smoothly. What We’re Looking For 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Willing to travel between multiple job sites (paid drive time provided). Commercial cleaning or related experience strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable using a mobile app for job tracking and reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working in offices, medical buildings, and surgery centers. Willing to follow sterile cleaning protocols (PPE and scrubs provided). Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
