Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  Evaluate patients functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

  Implement therapeutic interventions to improve or restore skill sets.

  Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

  Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  Maintain compliance with facility policies, including mandatory identification and photo badge protocols.

  Adhere to all safety and clinical standards during patient sessions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal occupational therapy license.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in a clinical setting.
  
  
• 
  Possess current CPR certification.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
