Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to join their team in the Emergency Room/Emergency Department in San Marcos, TX. As a Travel Registered Nurse in this specialty, you will practice independently and manage a range of patient care scenarios, ensuring high-quality care delivery in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and treatments using the appropriate protocol; monitor for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Identify educational needs and provide guidance to patients, family members, and caregivers.

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required (AHA only).
• RN License in the state of TX or compact.
• One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
