Customer Service Representatives

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support through order processing, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely and professional communication with customers and drivers. This role supports warehouse operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient movement of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and verify inventory records to ensure product availability.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Ensure all required state and federal inspection forms are complete for outbound shipments.
• Perform driver check-ins, process paperwork, and key in orders.
• Answer incoming calls and provide assistance as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety, HACCP, and good warehousing practices.
• Support the proper receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of safe and quality food products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, order systems).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality standards.
