Compensation & Benefits:

• $80–$90 an hour depending on experience

What $80/hr Looks Like

At 20 billable hours per week:

• $1,600 per week

• $6,400 per 4-week month

• $83,200 annually working all 52 weeks

• $76,800 annually working 48 weeks (approximately 1 month off)

• $70,400 annually working 44 weeks (approximately 2 months off)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs and maintain high clinical standards

• Provide parent guidance and support

• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)

• Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Must reside in the State of Colorado
