Clinical Research Coordinator

Position: Clinical Research Coordinator I/II Location: 920 Germantown Pike Suite 102 & 203, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM Compensation: $26/hr - $34/hr (depending on experience) Responsibilities Obtaining informed consent per ICH/GCP and site SOPs. Reviewing and revising source documents and interviewing and collecting data from study participants. Participating in protocol training meetings and completing online training for protocol‑specific software programs. Dispensing/collecting study medication and providing accurate Investigational Product accountability. Working with a lab specialist to obtain study participant laboratory specimens according to protocol (phlebotomy license and lab experience a plus, but not essential). Completing study participant tracking information accurately and on a timely basis; responding to and resolving data queries promptly. Maintaining a thorough understanding of all data collection instruments and collecting data accurately and according to protocol. Performing basic data manipulation. Maintaining a thorough understanding of all assigned clinical trial protocols. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ year experience as a CRC, preferably with a research site. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred. Familiar with e‑source reporting via an electronic platform. Clear understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations. Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the Principal Investigator, research team, Study Sponsor/CROs, potential subjects, and referral sources. Ethical compass that promotes honesty, detail‑orientation, and self‑drive. High‑level critical‑thinking skills. Working knowledge of medical terminology and lab collection/processing/storage procedures. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
