As an Expo/Host, you’ll be the first face our guests see and the one that ensures everything flows smoothly in our bustling restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience. • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient flow and minimize wait times.

• Assist the kitchen team by ensuring food orders are properly communicated and plated for timely delivery. • Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff in keeping the restaurant organized and running smoothly.

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring tables and common areas are neat and tidy.

• Answer guest inquiries with knowledge of the menu and the restaurant’s offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing great customer service.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and a smile.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.

• Flexibility with shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to the team.
