2nd Shift Forging Trainee

2nd Shift Forging Trainee (Contract-to-Hire) Shift: 2PM–11PM (may extend to 3PM–1AM during busy periods) About the Role We are seeking a motivated individual to join our 2nd shift forging team. These are contract-to-hire positions with full training provided. Candidates will start as general labor and develop into specialized roles within forging or sawing operations. Training Paths Learn operation of forging presses Inspect part quality and dimensions Assist with machine setup and adjustments Requirements Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Dependable and safety-minded Previous industrial or production experience a plus but not required Schedule 2nd Shift: 2PM–11PM (may adjust to 3PM–1AM during peak production) Linked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
