Located in the heart of Easton, PA, 3rd & Ferry Fish Market is a seafood-centric restaurant known for its fresh, high-quality dishes and lively dining atmosphere. Situated near popular landmarks like Lafayette College, The Crayola Experience, and the State Theater, it features a full bar, craft beers, an extensive wine list, and a renowned raw bar. Led by Executive Chef Mike Pichetto and managed by proprietors Mike Pichetto, the open kitchen offers a unique dining experience, with highlights including lobster, crab cakes, oysters, and more. The restaurant combines culinary excellence with a commitment to memorable dining experiences for guests. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Easton, PA. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain quality food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, managing hiring and training processes, scheduling, Event Planning, coordinating with the kitchen team, and troubleshooting any operational challenges. The manager will work closely with the General Manager, Bar Manager, and executive chef to uphold the restaurant's reputation for exceptional dining experiences. Qualifications Proven expertise in Customer Service and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction Experience in Hiring and team management, with the ability to lead and develop staff Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate between staff, management, and customers In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage management and service standards Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with inventory and cost control measures Prior restaurant management experience strongly preferred A passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering high-quality customer experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr 3rd & Ferry Fish Market
