Client Service Project Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Client Services Project Manager II to coordinate Analysis Service projects from initial customer commitment through delivery. The role involves managing project timelines, documentation, sample logistics, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful project execution in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Analysis Service projects from customer commitment through laboratory readiness and data delivery
• Develop and execute project plans while establishing proactive communication with customers and internal teams
• Manage project documentation including agreements, work orders, statements of work, and study-specific records
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and coordinate mitigation and escalation activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Legal, and Quality on project execution and improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, project management, business, or related discipline
• Demonstrated project management experience in client services or laboratory operations
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or laboratory services environments
