Responsabilidades del Gerente de Cocina
- Preparar y cocinar alimentos a la perfección, siguiendo con precisión los estándares culinarios de Salted.
- Mantener el cumplimiento de las normas de saneamiento y los estándares de seguridad.
- Colaborar con nuestro equipo virtual de Front of House para ofrecer experiencias gastronómicas excepcionales.
- Mantener estándares estrictos de calidad y consistencia en todos los procesos de producción de alimentos.
- Implementar rigurosos protocolos de saneamiento y mantener una organización impecable en toda la cocina y las áreas relacionadas, superando los estándares de seguridad federales, estatales y corporativos.
- Fomentar canales de comunicación transparentes dentro del equipo de cocina y entre la cocina y los departamentos corporativos.
- Gestionar todas las tareas administrativas, incluyendo la elaboración de horarios, control de inventario, gestión financiera y otras responsabilidades operativas.
- Reclutar, capacitar y desarrollar al personal de cocina para formar un equipo capacitado y unido, comprometido con la excelencia culinaria de Salted.
Requisitos del Gerente de Cocina
- Sólidos conocimientos culinarios, incluyendo preparación y uso de cuchillos, cocina en plancha y más
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados y levantar hasta 50 libras
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en cocina
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en liderazgo
