Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Provide urgent and critical nursing care in the Emergency Department to patients with diverse medical needs. Utilize advanced clinical skills to ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality emergency services.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions promptly to determine immediate care needs.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical progress accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Respond swiftly to emergency situations, including cardiac and trauma events.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety protocols, maintained certifications, and institutional policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Licensure as a Massachusetts Registered Nurse with active license upload required.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an Emergency Department setting.
  
  
• 
  Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course.
  
  
• 
  Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC active and current.
  
  
• 
  Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  
  
• 
  Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled shifts.
