Supply Chain - Subcontract Administrator - Level 2 Jobs

Global Supply Chain, Skunk Works Advanced Systems. Subcontract Management, Senior Team Member In this fast‑paced role, you will develop and execute contractual relationships with suppliers. You will control costs through negotiation and ensure on‑time delivery and will plan your own work using supply chain principles. Responsibilities: Procure goods and services through the administration of purchase orders and subcontracts. Develop and execute acquisition strategy. Manage supplier relationships and deliverables. Integrate with other departments to achieve customer objectives. Compile and analyze data. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, FAR and DFARS. Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management. Travel to supplier sites as needed. Assist junior teammates with policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Procurement, or related field (or equivalent education and experience). Experience with procurement, purchase orders, supplier proposals, negotiations, data analysis. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system. 1+ years’ experience in supply‑chain management, procurement or purchasing. Familiarity with FAR and DFARS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and recommendation skills. Adaptability to change.
