The Role

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will drive new business growth by guiding custom pool and landscape clients from initial concept through 3D design, estimation, and final contract. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners bring their dream backyard visions to life while delivering precise estimates and high-end design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with prospective homeowners to evaluate their space, discuss custom design options, and understand their vision, budget, and lifestyle needs.
• Custom Design & Estimating: Utilize site measurements and industry software to create stunning, accurate 3D designs and comprehensive project proposals.
• Sales & Relationship Management: Confidently guide clients through the design presentation, handle objections, and close high-value custom projects.
• Network & Business Development: Build and expand a local referral network with homeowners, partners, and community leads to grow ongoing sales opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver outstanding customer service from the initial meeting through construction.

Compensation and Benefits

What We’re Looking For

• Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in custom pool sales, design, or residential construction preferred.
• Design Expertise: Mandatory experience with Structure Studios (Pool Studio) . Experience with Vizterra / VIP3D is a major plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pool construction, landscape integration, spatial planning, and job cost estimating.
• Sales Drive: Proven track record of closing high-ticket custom projects and building rapport with discerning clients.
