We are looking for entry-level Assemblers to become part of our production team. In this position, you will support the assembly and testing of battery modules and packs within a cleanroom environment designed for satellite systems. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build hands-on manufacturing experience and establish a solid foundation for a future technical career.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble battery modules and packs by following provided instructions and diagrams
• Carry out assembly tasks accurately using standard procedures
• Operate welding equipment to join components while following safety practices
• Inspect battery components and finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements
• Accurately record test results and production data
• Report defects or issues in accordance with company procedures
• Safely handle materials while adhering to cleanroom and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and use required protective equipment

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience
• High aptitude for working with small electronic components and mechanical equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Capability to follow ESD, safety, and cleanroom protocols consistently.

Work Environment

The role is based in a climate-controlled facility with cleanroom conditions, providing a stable and comfortable work setting focused on product quality and safety. You will work around battery modules, packs, and related test and welding equipment, following strict ESD and safety protocols. All team members must adhere to the employer’s PPE requirements, which include wearing smocks, hair nets, beard nets (if applicable), and shoe covers while in designated areas. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to procedures to maintain a high standard of product reliability.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Homestead, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Homestead,FL.
