This position is 100 percent outpatient and offers a flexible schedule within a collaborative environment supported by specialists and advanced practice providers. Join an established primary care team with strong specialty support
100 percent outpatient Internal medicine practice with flexible scheduling options
Provide comprehensive care including preventative services, chronic disease management, and acute care
Opportunity to participate in teaching with medical students and residents
Practice within a large integrated health system with advanced clinical resources
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
- Active DEA license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care
- Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
- Commitment to patient centered care
