Qualifications:

Exercise Science/Kinesiology, or other related degrees OR

Licensed Massage Therapist

Certified Personal Trainer

Skills:

Comfortable working hands- on with individuals

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written

Able to travel for in-person training once hired - Two days Mandatory

Required Availability

Monday - Friday: 2 pm - 7 pm

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service while delivering safe, effective assisted stretching sessions tailored to each member's needs.

Develop individualized stretch programs that align with each member's goals, fitness level, and mobility needs.

Build strong relationships with members to encourage consistency, track progress, celebrate achievements, and help them establish new goals that support long-term wellness.

Educate members on available membership options and confidently recommend upgrades, downgrades, or other membership changes based on their evolving goals and usage to ensure they receive the best value and experience.

Learn, follow, and execute the studio's sales process to convert prospects into members and support membership growth and retention.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment in accordance with company standards.

Partner with the management team to deliver an outstanding member experience and foster a positive, professional, and comfortable atmosphere for all members.

Assist with studio operations and other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00
