Full-Time Event Speaker & Sales Consultant in the State of Florida

We are in need of a full-time 1099 Event Speaker and Sales Consultant who is willing to travel across the state of Florida (using a company-paid rental vehicle) 5 days per week, 3 weeks per month.

If interested and recruited for this position, your job would be to lead large dinner events of up to 30–50 people at a time for the purpose of providing the attendees educational insights into regenerative biologics, such as stem cells and exosomes, to treat unresolved musculoskeletal issues. During these events, your goal is to schedule appointments where you would meet with individual prospects and ultimately persuade them to become our patients.

Experience in these biological treatments is not required. Paid training is available.

You will have presentation slides to guide you and a script to memorize key points. However, no boring PowerPoint-dependent lecturers need apply.

This is a unique position that requires dual skillsets of public speaking and one-on-one sales. Once trained, you must be able to confidently and energetically command the room’s attention and interest with charismatic presentation skills and audience participation, while simultaneously having the ability to artfully engage individual prospects using emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and persuasive dialog.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Driver’s license

· Willingness to travel (company-paid rental vehicle and hotel stays)

· Flexibility in daily schedule planning

· Comfort with articulating medical concepts (training is available)

· HIGH responsiveness (must show you are motivated and reliable)

· STRONG work ethic (slackers need not apply)

· Coachable (no unteachable, know-it-all Prima donnas)

· Willingness to work as a 1099 commission-based contractor

· At least 2 years of successful experience as a public speaker, sales professional, or actor (and a willingness to learn)

ANNUAL SALARY:

This is a commission-based six-figure income with no ceiling. Realistic annual income projections range from $150,000 to $250,000. Initial base salary is provided until surpassed by commissions.

For 90 days from the start of employment, a part-time salary will be provided on weeks when events are not held (usually one week per month). During those weeks, a growing pool of leads will be available that will provide ongoing opportunities for follow-up calls and one-on-one sales that will contribute to additional commissions.
