A Fast-Growing State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join their team for the role of Customer Care Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through taking care of customer needs and providing remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

• Connect with clients on a daily basis over the phone or in person on their insurance and financial service needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty license is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
