Description Workload & Expectations Manage approximately 20-30 requisitions Heavy sourcing is not expected for this role No security clearance required Entry-level recruiting opportunity with no major disqualifiers beyond lacking the required experience level As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I, you will be responsible for executing full-life-cycle recruitment responsibilities, building our employment brand, and collaborating with other Talent Advisors to provide a world-class hiring experience for Hiring Managers and candidates. The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit develops, retains, rewards and attracts talent needed for the business to attain strategic and operational goals. What You'll Do Provide a seamless and exceptional hiring experience for Hiring Managers and candidates by participating in activities including candidate sourcing, pre-screening, offer creation, and salary negotiation. Develop and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies to attract top talent for strategic positions. Build and maintain our employment brand through networking, social media, community and school outreach. Maintain accountability for key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, to optimize recruitment results, reduce hiring cycles, and improve overall talent acquisition performance. Interface with BAE Systems SMS management and employees, communicating and interpreting established policies, procedures, and laws. Ensure adherence to established hiring processes and procedures. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Skills recruiting, manfacturing, talent outreach Top Skills Details recruiting,manfacturing Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree. Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency to fill job positions with qualified candidates. Demonstrated business acumen and quality decision-making skills. Detail-oriented nature with the ability to follow established hiring processes. Willingness to travel locally and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills 1-2 years of recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing positions, such as Technicians, Machinists, Production Planners and Manufacturing Engineers. Recruiting experience within the aerospace/defense industry. Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system. BAE SYSTEMS SENSITIVE Experience with sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with emerging talent hiring and outreach Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broomfield, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.08 - $31.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
