Own inventory management and vendor relationships, ensuring 100% in‑stock efficiency on top‑selling items and accurate order fulfillment. Oversee food preparation, quality standards, and equipment maintenance to deliver consistent excellence in every customer interaction. What You Bring High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of food‑service, QSR, or casual fast‑food prep leadership experience. Successfully obtain and maintain locally required safe‑food handling certification. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of developing team members and delivering exceptional customer service. Business mindset with the ability to leverage P&L statements and restaurant reports to identify opportunities and drive positive change. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to engage customers, coach employees, and partner with vendors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and point‑of‑sale systems, plus the physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a dynamic environment.
