Implement treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and modalities per physician orders. Document patient progress accurately in the medical record and communicate regularly with the care team. Monitor patient responses to therapy, adjust plans of care as needed, and ensure patient safety and infection control standards. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehab goals; collaborate with nursing and therapy staff as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with state practice acts and facility policies; maintain professional licensure and pursue ongoing education as required.
