Job Duties of Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift -4hr/8hr/12hr shifts available
- Personal care and supervision of CNA and STNA
- Records all pertinent care and observations in patient record as directed by facility
- Other duties as requested by supervisor
Requirements:
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- LPN License
- Current CPR, TB, Physical
- Clean background check and drug screen

Our ideal LPN candidate is organized, has a high level of compassion for helping others, positive attitude, professional, good communication and offers excellent customer service. Must be able to provide "hands on" patient care and written documentation of same as directed by the charge nurse at the respective facility.
