Senior Financial Analyst

4 Corner Resources is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst. This hybrid role offers the chance to play a key part in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for a Resort Management organization, partnering directly with business leaders to shape financial strategy. Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities: Facilitate and support the monthly forecast process, including identifying and implementing process improvements, validating key inputs, and partnering with business stakeholders. Support recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables. Support the annual budget process and long-range planning. Conduct ad hoc analysis across various aspects of resort servicing operations. Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management. 3 to 5 years of financial planning & analysis experience. Previous experience with forecasting and budgeting processes. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and streamline reports using complex functions. Strong self-starter able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills, both independently and within a team. Well organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing projects. Ability to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of an organization. Senior Financial Analyst Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the hospitality or vacation ownership industry. Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Essbase.
