Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 - $36.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic activities and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and document patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active Massachusetts COTA License (or eligibility to obtain one)
Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Occupational therapy principles and techniques
Patient care and ADL assistance
Documentation and progress monitoring
Patient education and caregiver training
Interdisciplinary collaboration
