JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and related technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architectureWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standardsOptimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issuesParticipate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as neededContribute to system architecture decisions and technology evaluationsWork with SQL Server for database design, queries, and performance tuningStay current with emerging technologies and industry trendsREQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience with C# and the .NET framework, including .NET Core/.NET 6+Strong experience with ASP.NET Core MVC/Web APISolid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patternsProficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) and writing complex queriesExperience with source control systemsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamSelf-motivated, requires little direct supervision or assistance to complete tasksAble to contribute to a team-oriented, collaborative environmentPassionate about learning, embracing new challenges, and having funPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with performance optimization and profiling toolsExposure to Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teamsFront-end experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or BlazorProficiency in unit testing and automated testing frameworksBackground in high-performance, scalable system designExperience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)BENEFITS 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountsHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveTuition reimbursementVision insurancePet insuranceEmployee discount program.
