Details\n \n Operating Room department in a hospital setting \n 13-week travel assignment, day shift 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM \n Weekend rotation of 1 in 3 \n Rotating holiday coverage \n Possible on-call requirement \n Epic EMR experience required \n Requirements\n \n Active NY RN license required \n 2 years of recent OR experience required \n Strong cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular experience required \n BLS certification from AHA or RQI required \n Epic EMR experience required \n No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months \n Additional Information\n \n Provide perioperative nursing care across a range of surgical specialties including cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular cases \n Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties are not eligible \n Medical exemptions only accepted for flu vaccine declinations; personal or religious exemptions not accepted \n More than 3 call-outs within a 13-week period may result in contract termination, with make-up shifts required within 6 weeks \n No blocked scheduling permitted \n \n \n American Traveler Job ID P-750345.
