Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements Create and maintain User Journeys. Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance Facilitate the creation and maintenance of product documentation Understanding in detail the products and services available across cloud service providers Building product strategies and roadmaps that meet customer needs. Managing delivery of the products using Agile methods and approaches Refining backlogs and sprint management Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Experience in product management or development Experience in working with agile teams and processes Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm Experience in managing delivery of complex technology solutions Experience working within a large global organization Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Understanding of Cloud products and services and cloud service provider capabilities About the Team Our professionals in our Corporate Functions cover a diverse range of areas from finance and risk to human resources and marketing.
