BDC agent

We are seeking a motivated and professional BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team in Valdosta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales team by generating and qualifying leads. Responsibilities Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule appointments and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and requests efficiently. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and lead conversion. Assist in developing strategies to improve customer engagement and lead generation. Skills & Qualifications Strong phone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and patient demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
