This role includes performing inspections and tests on equipment, maintaining detailed records of inspections, presenting quality reports, and assisting with quality improvement projects. Responsibilities Perform regular inspections and tests on equipment, raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards Use precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product specifications and functionality Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and deviations Prepare and present quality control reports, highlighting trends, non-conformities, and recommendations for improvement Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues, ensuring that corrective actions are taken promptly Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all activities Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and standards Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED Must wear proper PPE (Personal Protective and Product Protective Equipment) Possess at least 2 years experience in a similar role Prior experience with measurement tools and testing equipment is required Able to train on 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment Able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, including drug test and background checks Benefits and Perks Pay Rate: $19 per hour to start Medical, Vision, Dental available Full-time Schedule 401K and Referral Bonus Plan Training & Growth opportunities Your Career Partner The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
