Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is a premier custom design build contractor for industrial refrigeration systems, providing design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and service in-house. Job Role: The Account Executive is responsible for cultivating high-profile client relationships and delivering customized services that align with customer needs and company objectives. This role works closely with sales and support teams to ensure long-term partner success and manage operational aspects across key accounts. Responsibilities include aftermarket sales (Engineering, training, and software), prospecting and outreach, compliance tracking, and managing executive-level initiatives. This is an intermediate-level sales position with collaborative opportunities across departments.
