The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.The Data Entry Associate is responsible for supporting daily production and operational activities through accurate data entry, document management, and administrative support. This role ensures production information, work orders, and operational records are entered, scanned, indexed, and maintained accurately to support efficient manufacturing and customer service operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment while collaborating with production, operations, and customer service teams.Data Entry & DocumentationAccurately enter production, inventory, and operational data into company business systemsEnter and maintain production starts, work orders, and related manufacturing recordsScan, index, and organize electronic and physical documentationMaintain accurate files and ensure documentation is complete and easily accessibleReview entered information for accuracy and correct discrepancies when identifiedAdministrative SupportAnswer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team memberProvide administrative support to production, operations, and office personnelAssist with filing, document preparation, and record managementSupport reporting activities and maintain organized operational recordsProduction & Operations SupportCoordinate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate information is entered and maintainedAssist with tracking production activities and operational status updatesSupport workflow by ensuring timely processing of production documentationHelp maintain communication between office and production personnelCustomer & Team SupportProvide professional communication with internal team members and external customers as neededRespond to requests for documentation and production informationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiencySafety & Continuous ImprovementFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirementsMaintain organized workspaces and confidential business recordsIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflow efficiencyPerform additional duties as assignedWhat you'll bring:Strong computer and keyboarding skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsCustomer-service mindset with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with data entry, administrative support, production support, or office administrationExperience working in manufacturing, construction, distribution, or related industries preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP/business softwareExperience with document management systems is a plusPrimarily office-based work environment within a manufacturing or distribution facilityFrequent interaction with production, operations, customer service, and management teamsAbility to sit and work at a computer for extended periodsOccasional visits to production or warehouse areas may be requiredMay require flexibility to support business needs during peak production periodsWhat you'll earn:Health Care BenefitsPaid Time OffBenefits for union-represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
