Runner-Property Services

Description

The Property Service Runner is responsible for supporting the property maintenance and housekeeping teams by performing basic repairs, delivering parts and supplies, and assisting with day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple properties. This role requires reliability, organization, and a strong work ethic, as it involves a mix of hands-on tasks and logistical support. * Seasonal Position*

• • Assist maintenance technicians with routine property repairs such as light bulb replacements, filter changes, minor plumbing, and painting.

• • Conduct basic inspections and report issues to the maintenance supervisor.

• • Ensure maintenance storage areas and vehicles are stocked, clean, and organized.

• • Provide access to units or facilities for contractors or service providers as needed.

• • Perform basic cleaning or trash-out tasks in vacant units or common areas.

• • Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, mileage, and inventory as directed.

• • Respond promptly and courteously to staff and resident service requests when required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to travel between multiple properties throughout the day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, walking, climbing stairs)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with team members, vendors, and residents/guests
• Comfortable using basic tools and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts if needed
