We use the Atom headset to enable on‑site visualization of design models and catch errors early. Site/Surveying Engineer (Using Augmented Reality) Location: Europe (Geel, Belgium). On‑site. Department: Project Delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily site inspections with the Atom headset to ensure works are installed correctly as per the BIM model. Use a total station to set or traverse control points. Communicate with clients and report findings. Produce inspection reports. Attend meetings to coordinate with contractors and plan daily activities. Process and review acquired data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Report to the Field Operations Manager, maintaining workflow and ensuring inspections meet time‑frame requirements. Work with contractors to devise a weekly look‑ahead of inspections aligned with the master construction programme to de‑risk incorrect installation. Obtain and prepare the latest approved Revit models for export into HoloSite. Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications 5+ years of relevant surveying experience, ideally with a total station or laser scanners. Preferred qualification in construction, land surveying, civil engineering, geospatial, or geodetic engineering. Strong work ethic, ambition, and interest in new technology. Knowledge of 3D software such as Revit or Navisworks, or familiarity with BIM/BIM360. Confidence using Microsoft Office. Essential Must have a clean criminal record and be willing to undergo background checks and drug tests due to project security requirements.
