Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 10:30 am - 7:30 pm

Responsibilities

You'll be the hub of the clinic , helping everything run smoothly while creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression.
• Coordinate schedules across multiple providers and services.
• Manage calls, texts, and follow-ups with clarity and care.
• Collect payments and guide patients through financial expectations.
• Verify insurance and confidently explain coverage.
• Keep clinic flow organized and efficient.
• Maintain accurate records and systems.
• Support your team and contribute to a high-performing clinic environment.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For
• Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-first mindset.
• Confidence in discussing insurance and payments with patients.
• Quick learner who takes initiative.
• Comfortable with computers and systems (EMR experience is a plus).
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is helpful, but not required.
