Job Description Alternate Heating Systems is a family-owned, American manufacturer of high-quality wood, coal, and waste oil heating equipment, proudly built in Pennsylvania since 1998. Every product we ship is assembled right here in our shop using components we manufacture in-house. As a Boiler & Stove Assembler, you won’t just be putting parts together—you’ll be part of the process that turns raw steel into a finished heating system. From sheet metal to a working boiler, your hands will directly shape a product that heats homes and businesses across the country. What You’ll Do Assemble boilers and stoves according to production standards Install insulation, wire panels, and assemble components Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment daily Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (training provided if needed) Inspect products for quality and accuracy Prepare finished units for shipment Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized Work with the team to improve efficiency and product quality What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Mechanically inclined (you don’t need to know everything—we’ll teach you) Able to lift 40+ lbs regularly Reliable and shows up ready to work Works well with a team Able to read basic instructions and measurements Willing to learn and improve What You Get Steady, full-time work On-the-job training Opportunity to grow with a specialized manufacturing company Work on real, tangible products—not a desk job #J-18808-Ljbffr
